	MR VENKATESHA MURTHY ("VENKY") Managing Director Mr Venky was appointed as the Managing Director of Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd on 1st April 2011. Prior to his appointment, Mr Venky was the Director & Head of Cimelia and Diretor of Enviro-Metals Pte Ltd. He holds two Masters Degree, M.Sc (Master of Science) in Industrial Chemistry from Mysore University (Karnataka-India) and M.Tech (Master of Technology) in Process Metallurgy from Regional Engineering College , Surathkal (Mangalore-India). He has made several speeches and speaker in international conferences both on the Environment & E-Waste. Mr Venky is an instrumental technical & operation person for designing, setting & establishing up of the E-Waste Recycling, Recovery & Refining facilities. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of developing recycling & environmental activities. He has established key process & facilities includes integrated Analytical Lab, On-line Sampling, Refining of PGM Group Metals, Pollution Control System. Mr Venky is overall responsible for Cimelia’s business including marketing, sales, operation and bringing new business models. Mr Venky is an elected “Steering Committee Member” for the International Electronics Recycling Congress (IERC) - Switzerland and member of various associations related to recycling. He was selected as an E-Waste expert by the Asian Productivity Organization (Japan) to conduct the Asia Pacific workshop in Y2009.
	MR MOHAMED GANI MOHAMED ANSARI Executive Director Mr Ansari was appointed as Executive Director of Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd and Head of Group Business Development on 1st April 2010. He was last re-elected as Director of the Company on 29 April 2010. He is also Director of Cimelia Resource Recovery Pte Ltd and Enviro-Power Pte Ltd. He was the key person who was instrumented to formulate, develop and implement business development strategies for the Group globally. He is overall responsible for the Group’s global network operations and raw material procurement. He pocketed more than 25 years of business qualifications, hands-on experience in Strategic planning, Business Development, Merger & Acquisition, Sales/Marketing and Project Developments. He is fluent in English, multi-Indian languages, Arabic and Portuguese. Mr Ansari holds Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) degree from Madurai Kamaraj University (India) and First Class Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with distinction in Global Marketing from Annamalai University (India). He is also the Fellow Member of Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), Dorset, England.
